According to the report by the Miami Herald: 49-year-old Oscar Danil Acevado was arrested for a rape accusation this last Friday night. The victim supposedly woke to find an intoxicated Acevado in her bed. After she woke, Oscar supposedly forcibly had sex with the victim while she continued to demand him to stop what he was doing.
Oscar Danil Acevado is currently being held without bond for charges of rape at a local Monroe County Correctional facility.
