As also reported by the Miami Herald: Miami-Dade police lieutenant Braulio Gonzalez, 44, was arrested on Thursday on charges of four counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child, along with armed kidnapping. According to the report, Gonzalez is the fourth Miami-Dade police officer to be arrested in the past month alone. One officer was accused of IRS fraud, another of insurance fraud, and the third was accused of kicking a handcuffed suspect during an investigation. In addition to the sex crime charges being brought against Gonzalez, he has also been accused, several times, of domestic violence.
