According to the Miami Herald: 3 children were almost kidnapped earlier this month by a man in Homestead. The children were on their way to school when a 2012 Nissan Altima approached the 3 siblings and attempted to kidnap them on their way to Gateway Environmental K-8 Learning Center. According to the report:“The man asked the children if they needed a ride and to get in the car. The children said ‘no’ and the subject then drove off. However, he kept circling around multiple times watching the children.” – Homestead police spokesman Fernando Morales
