According to the Miami Herald: A man named Marco Orrego met a 16-year-old girl in South Florida as a sex customer (he paid her to have sex with her). Within 3 weeks of their meeting, Orrego began pimping the young girl out using backpage.com. He has been quoted as saying things like:“Don’t have anyone around unless they are paying you” – Orrego
“You need to make some money for us baby… I’m trusting you” – Orrego
In addition to the incriminating text messages, Orrego also had more than 1 video of him and the underage girl having sexual relations. Orrego was arrested when he went to meet the girl for sex himself and instead met a group of law enforcement officers.
