Harley Brook is a highly experienced criminal lawyer. He has held many different attorney positions on both the prosecution and the defense side of the courtroom.


Brooks graduated, with honors, from the University of Florida with a BA in Political Science. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. During his time as a student at the University of Florida, he served as Vice President of the Trial Team and even won Co-Counsel at the 2001 Florida Bar Competition. His team was also voted Best Advocate at the law school’s “Final Four” Trial Competition.


Harley Brook has a large amount of experience in criminal law. He started his career at the State Attorney’s Office. He prosecuted there for 3 years where he tried dozens of cases. He had, and maintains, a stellar success rate at trial. During his career at the State Attorney’s Office, he became the head of the Glades County office. He prosecuted all cases, from misdemeanors to felonies. Before he joined the Sex Crime Defense Team, he ran his own law firm for 6 years. He also spent time at the Public Defender’s Office as a court-appointed counsel.
